Go Lugnuts.
Funny, but awkward to read as I’m listening to a Reggie Jackson video at the same time…
Fred Gosbee was a wonderful folk song about old men telling children the stories of their youth. It’s called The Old Liars “… and some of their stories you knew could be true.”
A player on a streak, has to respect the streak.

It’s always nice to see Jerome and his grandad. They’re always such a laugh riot.
“Step on a crack, Break…”.
True story. A guy I know went to a baseball game and sat in a seat under a light pole. A pigeon got some target practice…
I love all the baseball superstitions
I have to wonder what the pitchers and umps thought about his unusual headgear.
HS football, one guy did not wash his underpads T-shirt all season. Wore it for practice and games, and wow was it ever gamey!
Not to be picayune, but I don’t think they had helmets in Gramps’ heyday.
Reminds me of Craig Biggio’s helmet, though I don’t think a bird every got stuck.
I’m not superstitious, but I am a little stitious.
Jerome’s Granddad is a treasure.
