You have to be kidding me ….By now Sheeta should be carrying its prey by the throat and disappearing into the jungle.

Tarzan the Fearless—harsh justice rules in the green hell of the jungle—long has it been since he left his childhood tribe of the Apes..

Im thinking thats a knife in tarzans hand. Looks like we are about to get lessons on how to take down a panther, but that panther is ready to put up a good fight. Hello, to all the true blue friends out there.

Panthers and their relatives, cougars, jaguars, and so on, are truly beautiful animals. I’m glad no panthers actually died in the making of this comic. My cats move exactly like the big cats do. It’s a pleasure to watch them, and not quite as dangerous.

Rather strange twist that Tarzan is trying to save the man who tried to kill him by killing the panther which just saved his life!

“Before Tarzan can swing from one vine to another …” ??? Considering all the panels of Tarzan swinging on that vine … it must be about 200 ft long and attached to a giant sequoia. (Just joking)

Jolly Tuesday to you Tribe Mates!Lots of good comments today on our hero’s adventure. If that “sniper” is truly mangled like Hector said, or dead why kill the panther? By the way the panther looks more like a short-nosed werewolf in the last cel, so Tarzan’s long knife best be made of silver.Bwana Q must be frozen to his bed, and Mr. APOI late today as well. Otherwise, keep those comments coming—-especially the one’s about “Sheeta” Mr. Noonan! LMAO

Lots of action finaly!! Great movie-like story boards. The last panel could have been drawn by Burne Hogarth himself. It is getting fun to follow again.

OOPS!—looks like I’m the tardy one—That knife from his father’s cabin has certainly seen a lot of use—what does he use to keep the blood stains from staining the blade?

I think the hind legs on that animal look a little too human. And yesterday [or was it the day before?} it looked like it had a human foot. I checked its victim very carefully to make sure I wasn’t getting them mixed up and sure enough the cat had an almost human foot.
