I think I see why Edgar Rice Burroughs settled on the lost cities plots. The books were better than the movies, and usually had a lost city. The movies tended toward something like this.

Probably nothing but alcohol in the bottle. He expects Tarzan to get drunk.

This new tale is getting quite stoopid. Ya cain’t draw a pistol from a left-sided holster with your right hand, unless the pistol butt is reversed in the holster. Time a big black Mamba showed up and bit this drunken sot, but the poor snake would most likely die from all of the alcohol in Harrigan’s body!
