We spent a great evening with Daughter and SIL at the Portland City Grill, it was their 25th anniversary. And they wanted to celebrate with us!Didn’t they just get married,,,,,oh,,,,a couple of years ago? Where did the time fly to?

Careful Mrs. Gowdy will be the one with the sneak attack. She isn’t going to let you kitties know she coming. She’ll lull you into a false sense of security and then BOOM there she is doing whatever it is you do or don’t want her to do. It is all so confusing.

I put 3 of the babies in the playpen this morning while I was sewing. I put Moose in with them for a bit but he’s really big so took him out after about 8 minutes. However, he’s been sleeping next to them the whole time. Will post a few pics I took. Back to my sewing but I needed a TC break.

I raised a litter of orphaned raccons once. It was so hard to get them used to the wild. I missed them like crazy when they acclimated and were gone. Well, I was hoping to post a picture of my kitty Murdoch, but I can’t seem to get any image sharing site to cooperate. Even Photobucket is so ad-infested that it makes my skin crawl and makes me want to curse (so unlike me). It also wants to append an .html tag to the end of the .jpg image, thus making it unrenderable. If I try to just type in the URL without the .html, Photobucket says it can’t find the image.

I give up.

I agree, 2old, you can’t beat a PRO membership, doesn’t cost very much at all for a year’s membership, and the funds are used to help support the cartoonists, to my understanding.

Gweedo if memory serves me correctly, my comments were only removed when I was a “bad girl” and got into mouth battles with trolls.

I thought one did once and went back to find the comment was still “dangling” in the comment box because I never hit submit. :-D

amethyst, another poster can’t delete a posters comments. They can flag you, which in return draws the attention of the moderators, which in return, could get your remark removed, depending on the context.

I’ve saved that image for future reference, I thought I’d saved it somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.

As QofA is posting photos of her latest intake :-) I thought I’d post an old photo of seven of my lost ones as the kittens bring back memories of when my first two (Ruff and Tumble) were kittens. The picture is from a time when I had 14 Furry-Purrers :-)

@Beth Peterson….thanks for yesterday’s good wishes. How’re your donkeys, et al? Evan IS rip roarin’ to go to the beach, etc. First things first…getting him used to this new lifestyle. He is back home. His Mom is moving to new digs end of July so I’ll probably drive down there if needed to help keep an eye on the young ’uns.

@Dry and DustyWell, Oliver, the Therapy Dog, is a frequent visitor at that hospital and is not Evan’s very own pooch. The only time my grandsons get to play with a dog or cat is when they visit me! LOL

Thanks to Chesney I keep thinking of that song….Hit Me With Your Best Shot. Mrs. Gowdy could actually be arriving at the warehouse with a basket full of delicious kitty treats!

@Puppyface. How wonderful Gweedo got your car ‘cooled down’ girl!!!! Just a few short months ago is was SO cold that Christopher put on a kitty sweater crocheted for him by my daughter.

Evan in hospital playroom playing ball with the visiting Therapy Dog…Oliver…and his hospital bed with big smile. He was discharged YESTERDAY…unbelievable. Your thoughts and prayers are powerful medicine…thank you all so much.

daleandkristen, Thanks so much for posting those photos! Your grandson is a DARLING! God Love Him! He seems to be so full of Spirit! He will do WELL! Keep us posted, and if you can, and his parents don’t mind, I would love to see photos of that little guy at the beach! I have 2 sons, no grandkids yet, but I l know what being a parent is, being a grandparent, LOL! I will drive my kids crazy!

Update.No visitors to my campaign today.Im discouraged, but refuse to give up hope.Its still new.
