I went to log on this afternoon only to find out my email has been hacked. Hope whoever did it enjoys all the ads from SteinMart, Big Lots, Tuesday Morning etc, cause that’s all there is on it. No State Secrets.Im on the LapTop, which I hate, I can’t see the screen unless i’m 6 inches away.I may be MIA for a few days.

    Don’t forget the safety equipment!

The accommodation can be a bit tricky to get used to..

Better have a meal before we leave

Physiotherapist says there is only so much she can do for my knees because of the arthritis; this is not advanced enough to get me on the knee replacement list. I’ve been told to avoid stairs whenever possible (difficult, if not impossible, at mother-in-law’s) and use a cane whenever I am outside the apartment. Oh, well, such is life.

@ppfyssI have been told I need to lose about 60 pounds or so to get my weight down to 140 – 150. Walking would work, but I can’t walk too far because of pain and dizziness. Pain would go down if I walked more, but…vicious circle. Did you run into that too?

LadyKat, QoA, Ppyfss, et al:* Praying for all who are having knee problems. I had my right knee replaced 8 years ago. I’ve had no problems. (I’m 67). I’m putting off getting the left one done as long as I can. God Bless You My Friends.

Just love the pics from MCTS!!!! Outstanding!!!

Welcome back QOA and Brad. Any more pictures for us? Sorry about your fall. Once in Montreal I (didn’t fall) couldn’t get down from a wall and Mark lifted me down. Embarrassing to say the least.

How did the boyz welcome you? Lots of purring. Soon there will be the sounds of kittens/cats being fostered once again.

Why is it that Chesney seems to already have had his revenge? He is a hoot.

    Happy Caterday.

And to all of those who are ailing….feel better.

Yes, I’m back on line! Apparently when you sign up for xfinity they shut you down for a while . while the power you up.Really confusing. My daughter also delited everything non-essential and that helped too.She told me to stay off Google Images, but that ain’t gonna happen! LOL

Lady Kat – I think an elliptical trainer would be easier to use than a treadmill, it uses a different method of ‘walking.’

I may get one when my old treadmill quits (again).

Chesney is one He77 of a cat! Those Greek cats must have read about their economy if they are travelling to Annie’s warehouse.

I bought a set of pedals, so I do pedaling for about 10-20 minutes most days. When I’m in Boston I get out and walk a lot more (even if it’s just to see my dad in the nursing home, which is about 4 blocks away). Over here in the UK, I don’t do as much walking outside. I go most places in the car with Chris. The pedaling does help.

Those of you with knee issues, here’s another suggestion. Google Synvisc. Hubby has been knee-pain free for about 4 years now. He has had 2 surgeries prior to the injection. He does take a Glucosamine 1500 supplement from Costco daily, but I have to say I’m amazed. And we’re both above SS age.

I tried to make contact with the owner/manager of the antique/second hand mall. She wasn’t in today. Ill try again Tuesday.I did get more input rom the boss. The company is going too sponsor me for half the cost of the booth. I just have to mention them in my sign/banner.The up side to that is i get to also use the company offices as a drop off point for cash donations.
