I picked up Mariah’s ashes today with her pink collar and name tag. They made a clay paw print too. Broke my heart all over again. I miss her so much and I still can’t believe she died. :-(
Visit your local animal shelter-you will find many excellent cats/kittens looking for nothing but a forever home and they have lots of love to give. Doesn’t make up for the one you lost, but in time it helps.
Turns out I found and posted ten Caturday pics to the Ten Cats Fan Club page on Facebook. I urge you to join today. Marge is already there. The heck with the Goat Comix scrooges.
I love Facebook! i have connected with many old friends and made new ones. I get our town’s news updates through their civic club page, and keep on top of fall colors, road closures, spring and summer blooms, events coming up, weather news, sheriff department alerts, etc. We post pictures of our animals and places we have been and share interesting posts from our feed. I can always choose not to follow a person or group I initially friended and have done so several times.
I hesitated going on Facebook for awhile, but do not regret it now. I have a firm grip on who I see and who sees me. I don’t post that much (have posted more in the last few months however) so don’t end up “sharing” that much. Those of you that also follow Breaking Cat News should know that Georgia Dunn has a Facebook page and a Twitter account. I follow both of them. Facebook is what you make of it. If you don’t put much in, you don’t have to deal with much in return. It is easier to post pictures and I have shared a couple of my kids. If all you “follow” is the Ten Cats fan page, there will limited contact. Just sayin’.

Let’s not give up on the comic, folks, it’s not the cartoonist’s fault we can’t enjoy the pix any more. Do go to FB for that, though.

You and Jack would have been alright, Chesney, if you hadn’t sat down together! You made it easy for the mice! :-D
