Oops! I guess I goofed! I usually come her and read the comments sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 in the morning. Then I don’t look at them again for the rest of the day because I’m either at work or if it’s my day off, I’ll be working in my garden or relaxing in my yard with a book or something. Well, I guess on Sunday night, I was more tired than I thought because I completely forgot to even look at the comics. I checked my email, but didn’t do nothing more. I appreciate that people missed me and were concerned about me. Thank you for that.

WORLD SAUNTERING DAY (this is one thing I did NOT do). I put in a lot of work weeding my garden. And I finally got some sunflower seeds planted. I plant sunflowers for the birds.
NATIONAL GARFIELD THE CAT DAY
NATIONAL WATCH DAY It was my day off. I don’t need a watch on my day off because I don’t need to keep track of the time. I don’t have to be anyplace or do anything at any particular time of day.

Next week we are heading into the high 90s after an unprecedented lovely cool spring. Still several feet of snow on trails I’m usually hiking by now, and reports of mosquitos biting through jeans and crawling into jackets. I’d like to sleep until October.
He might be there a long time. Maybe Annie could share some snacks with him. Then again, it’s Spring now, so maybe he won’t have to wait so long. On another note, saw seven robins, two rabbits, a Wilson’s warbler, three sparrows, four juncos, and a spotted towhee while out walking today.
