@Czarka: if you didn’t see this yesterday, you left a reply to my 12/19 comment, that @pcolli in turn replied to. GoComics.com notified me about it yesterday, saying he/she replied to me (??), not you. I’m sad to tell you, you’re Profile:
http://web.gocomics.com/profile/3062823
indicates you’ve been banned (no recent comments showing). I have no idea why (I’ve never flagged any of your comments). Just letting you know (when I was in February, 2012, GoComics.com never notified me – only heard of it via a similar comment).
If you’ve never been banned before, that’s what’s insidious about it. While Signed In, you can see your comments, making you think everything is fine; but, no one else can see them. But, if you Sign Out, they disappear, or at least that was the case in 2012 (Signing Out was the only way to tell if the banning had ended – comments still there).
You can ask Moderator@GoComics.com about ending it (I won’t promise you’ll receive a reply though). If you suspect a comment you made yesterday could be why, deleting it, if the moderator hasn’t already, might end the banning (again, no promises). I did read your 1/1 reply about the blog entry being there. That was about 9AM CST (you weren’t banned before then), if that helps you isolate things. Hopefully, it’ll be over soon, and your prior comments restored.
I am really saddened and curious why innocuous posters, like MUDD and Czarka, who to my recollection, have never posted anything offensive or argumentative, are nevertheless, capriciously banned by GOComics, without explanation.
This forum is supposed to allow free speech.
I never flag anyone… except the most egregious trolls, who attack and demean others. This comic site is read by adults ( for the most part ), and as such, we shouldn’t take offense at adult commentary.
Those too thin-skinned puritans, who take umbrage at the slightest perceived provocation – real or imagined – please realize that you don’t have to read the comments. If they offend you, go somewhere else.

which sadly, though my comment text is there with the line breaks removed, its 21 hyperlinks remain inactive. &?@#!#%&!
Again, a larger strip image is shown by clicking the image in Mr. Melcher’s A PRICELESS CLASSIC (2015) (December 29, 2017) blog entry (was MASTERPIECE #1342), accessible by the Check out the blog! box after the last comment; so, I won’t point to it here.
