I’m wondering where Mr. Melcher found the second image (or did he make it)?

My favourite painting ever.

After a weekend in jail, and another week of community service; everyone started taking those “Keep Off The Grass!” signs seriously.

Looks like super bowl Sunday is the best day to go to La Grande Jatte.

This is a play on an old art history joke. The upper panel is the finished work. The lower panel, with no people, is a study done in preparation for it. The upper panel is known as “Sunday afternoon on La Grande Jatte. The lower panel is known as “Monday afternoon on La Grande Jatte.”

The guys in the sailboats were either Dallas or Pittsburgh fans.

What a waste of a Sunday afternoon.

Is there a corresponding painting of Dante’s Inferno that we could label “Super Bowl Sunday in Philadelphia”?

Oh Boy. Another football game. Yippee…
