My kids still remember making those, and they’re in their 30’s.
I have 6.5yo twin boys… We do this 3-4 times a week!!! (We have the BEST couch for it, too. Wrap around with a deep seat area. It’s AWESOME!)
When I was a kid, we would make competing forts, and then “attack” each other (in a kid-friendly way, of course! Not ONE compound fracture!)
