    The current lot of LED light strings don’t burn out as much, if at all. As for tangling, I always wrapped mine around something. The last string I had came on a big spool, which was the perfect way to store them.

    Just had this happen. I have a timer on my house Christmas lights to go on at dusk and stay lit for 6 hours, until around 11:30. Last night I noticed they were off around 9 pm. I tried to get them to come on again. I sent a message to the guys that put them up. They are swinging by today to check it out. Hopefully, it was only the timer.
