Never seen a cat with special needs tbh.

I don’t think cats can focus on things close up. It takes a few tries to get close enough to the water in a dish to drink, usually the nose goes into the drink first.

THIS COMIC IS A DISGRACE TO REAL CATS EVERYWHERE!! Any cat could run an office better than this, just ask them!!
