Brutus, take heart – a “boss” that allows an employee to make that many mistakes must be the worst supervisor imaginable. Not only does he slam employees publically but he must not have any skills at all as a supervisor if his empolyees are not trained as to how to do their jobs most effectively. Your whole organization is broken – starting at the top.
