The Born Loser by Art & Chip Sansom Gladys: Brutus, I'm at my wits' end! Gladys: I don't know where my car keys are - you haven't seen them, have you? Gladys: I've been looking for them for over an hour! I can't find them anywhere! Brutus: Did you retrace your steps since you last had them? Be sure you've searched anywhere you were! Gladys: I've looked every place, except between the cushions on the sofa where I was sitting! Brutus: Why in the world haven't you looked there? Gladys: Because if I look in the last place and they aren't there, I'll know I'll never find them!
