Gladys: One way it mentions is it helps control your weight... Gladys: When your body doesn't get enough rest, it triggers hormones that lead to weight gain. Brutus: I get it - so sleeping longer helps you lose weight. Gladys: That's right. So you understand the concept? Brutus: Of course, silly! I didn't need an article to tell me I can't eat while I'm asleep, so I'll lose weight!

So what does that do to the get your exercise and lose weight crowd? How does sleep time correlate to gym time? Sleep an extra hour and cut an hour off the gym, half hour, minute, add a half hour?
