Anyone who is eating kid’s cereal (overly sweetened and full of possibly nonnutritional food coloring) is eating dessert FOR breakfast. (Not to mention all those toaster pasteries, cinnamon rolls, etcetera…)
You can have a huge breakfast and call part of it dessert if you want. Start with grits as an appetizer, have eggs and bacon as your main plate, then have pancakes, crepes, and/or donuts as your “dessert” and there ya go.
What I’VE never understood is why some people brush their teeth 1st then eat breakfast. Everyone i have always known have always done the opposite. Jus sayin’.
Breakfast used to be whatever cold leftovers were available from the previous day. Then Bernaysian propaganda turned it into the carb fest we often see today. Bacon – once a junk cut eaten by the poor or rendered for its fat – was also popularized as part of a “hearty” breakfast.

I don’t mind if the desert is more bacon.

It’s called FIKA and it comes about 2 hours after breakfast.

I’m guessing, but I think FIKA would be the crash from the sugar rush.

After eating chocolate-frosted sugar bombs, who needs dessert? You gotta start things off the right way.

If you eat donuts, you get breakfast and dessert together.
