Ah, before the dark times…before the lockdown

So she wants something light, low in calories, cheap and bland. A Filet-O-Fish (side salad) and diet Sprite would be perfect.

For lunch, sometimes I feel like Italian and there’s a nice pizza place near my office. If I feel like Chinese, I have several choices (I work near Chinatown). But sometimes, lunchtime rolls around and I feel like crap. Then I go to McDonald’s.

Of course, this was all B.C. (Before Coronavirus)

She wants Waffle House!

Cookery may make a comeback. Not chez Thornapple, but elsewhere it’s a possibility.

With all of these restaurants ( regular and fast-food) closed, where are all of the grads with Philosophy and xxxxx Studies working?

I suggest “The Kitchen”, it has a very homey atmosphere… ☺

Oh so very true. I’ve experienced it so many times, and they will never tell you where they want to go.

Always ask a woman; “guess where we are going to dinner tonight”? When she give an answer, you say; “how’d you guess”. And go.

OK, you stay home and eat ramen, I’m goin’ to a restaurant.

By the way, I’m complying with the Doctor’s order yesterday, by only ordering for one.

Well Gladys – don’t keep Brutus (and us) in suspense – just tell us.

That sounds like my family. They say, “I don’t care where we eat”, then when you suggest some place, they say, “I don’t want to eat there”.

Why is Brutus and Gladys talking about going out to a restaurant where there’s a virus outbreak. Most of the restaurants do take outs and they don’t wear a face mask.
