I gave my ex-wife a stern request, don’t try to organize my stuff (it’s usually very neat anyway.) But especially the garage where the tools are. She has the mechanical skills of a grain of sand so she had no need to touch them.

My wife and I had a similar discussion early on in our 47 years of marriage, I leave her kitchen alone unless I am under supervision.
