The memory of someone going out and recklessly charging just before their expiration date, for me, occurred in 1876, on a sunny July morning in South Dakota.

That wasn’t a challenge, Gladys.

The card may have an expiration date, but the bills do not.

Yeah, it’s too bad the bank doesn’t automatically mail you a new card before the current one expires.

CREDIT CARD SHOULD BE USED FOR EMERGENCYS OR TRAVEL. NOT ROUTINE DAILY USE.

I got rid of credit cards and only use my debit card now.
