I always enjoy when I see M*A*S*H* (the movie), Joung Frankenstein and some Italian movies from the past.

Brutus is a glutton for punishment.

Brutus would rather watch a TV show he hates than talk to Gladys. ;D

Saves joining the real world.

Some shows I can watch over and over again. It helps when your mind is like a sieve. It’s like the first time every time.

then why are you watching it, is there really nothing else better for you to do?

Sometimes I watch a show I didn’t particularly care for the first time around because of all the offerings on tv, it is the best of what is on…which I wonder if that is what Brutus is thinking.

Like Gladys, my mother would never watch a movie the second time around. And, yet, I repeat watch videos time and time again. Sometimes I see something new the second time around, and sometimes I want things to just stay the same.

The story of TV. 280 channels and nothing to watch. Like being on that ocean. Water water everywhere – not a drop to drink.

Some things just don’t get better the second time around, especially a bad TV show. Read a book instead of watch an infomercial if you really have to have the TV on….

Good ole’ Brutus Thornapple, The only guy I know who would watch a rerun, hoping the ending would change. What’s worse is that it is a sporting event and he thinks the score will be different.

With Brutus, all explanations are plausible!

okay… I re-watch programs but not usually ones I didn’t like the first time. This must be what’s known as “sedentary”

I can relate. There are plenty of movies and shows I didn’t appreciate the first time but came to like. Case in point – Napoleon Dynamite!
