There are only 8 whole numbers between 1 and 10. That said, people usually only get one guess.

I once wrote a program (RosProc) to do this. It went like this.

He still got it which reflects Brutus’s persistence in getting the correct answer, a very admirable trait. I am not so sure about the truthfulness of Hattie however……
