Does anybody remember back when Snake ate Rabbit?

It is going to run a lot longer. They got a new inlker to clean up all of the smearing problems from last week. Quality comics like this deserve to run forever and the creator’s mantle be passed down for generations.

Scully wouldn’t just end the strip without telling us in some way, leaving us hanging on events.

Will Osgood ever get that raise from Mr. Habablab? Will Ernestine ever find a hairdresser who stocks Day-Glo Canary Yellow? Will the boy and the dog ever rekindle their friendship (if you’ll recall, they’ve been estranged ever since the “fetch it yourself, a-hole” episode)?
