    I realize it is meant as humorous, and in many, if not most, places it is true. But the Indiana BMV prides itself on getting folks served in 15 minutes or less. Very few transactions take more than this, save for very complicated or difficult situations.Other states’ bureaus could learn a lot from the Hoosiers.

    don’t forget ISN-Ps – internet service non-providers. ours, softbank, goes to great lengths to prevent customers from reaching anyone who can provide answers to questions. we learn to fend for ourselves and work around problems that crop up…
