An edible house. You need a new entrance, just eat your way out…or in… Although getting up to the split level part could be a bit dicey for a horse, of course.
Actually, horses don’t eat straw. They eat hay and grain. They use straw to bed them down. I worked at a stable when I was a kid and found out the hard way. I used hay to bed them down and saw that they were eating it instead of lying on it. And I got yelled at because hay is a lot more expensive than straw.

Plus the three little pigs as gen. contractors, they know how to build houses of straw, wood, and brick.
