Architect: Uh-oh. Voices: Kill him! Kill him! Voice: Don't flush it! Anchor: Jersey Shore has been renewed for another season. Not so great moments in Italian heritage. Pisa. Rome. Venice. Seaside Heights.
How did Italians fare when they though tomatoes were poisonous? Someone must have found out they were safe to eat and made spaghetti or pizza sauce out of them.
Give it a foot or two (very possible within the next 50-100 years) and a lot more than that will be affected. Maybe by then potato skins will come pre-salted. Chips could get soggy, though.
I don’t know who you think you’re kidding, Scott. The Roman Empire was the largest empire on the face of the planet. It may have gotten weaker and complacent over time, but it conquered the ancient world like nobody’s business. I don’t see how that’s a bad moment in Italian heritage.
