Maybe it was Nostrildamus.

It’s a good thing the Sphinx didn’t call him short.

I’ve seen many stories about how the nose got taken off. But first the face on the sphinx was very different and it was Kefren or Kufu, I think, who had it rechisled because the face on it was so horrible. Others say a very hard basketball game broke out and the face was hit several times by very hard balls damaging it…

It was a pyramid scheme gone wrong.

Is this one of those “alternative facts” I keep hearing about?
