For those of us that didn’t quite get this one today…A neti pot is a container designed to rinse debris or mucus from your nasal cavity. You might use a neti pot to treat symptoms of nasal allergies, sinus problems or colds. O.K. Now I get it and yes, it’s pretty funny.

An oblique reference to a nasal congestion relief device that only a) English-speakers and b) users aware of the name neti pot would get. That’s narrowing your audience.
