This gluten business makes me crazy. Don’t people realize that the only people who need to avoid gluten are those who have an intolerance to it?

In transubstantiation the wafer in the Mass become the bodyof Jesus. You wouldn’t have to worry about buying gluten free wafers, because Jesus is certainly gluten free.
I onboard with deep fried gluten as long as the gluten is wrapped around protein.
Beer-batter fish comes to mind.
Cheese is dairy, gluten is grain. Until you can breed cows to dispense flour, cheese will never have gluten.
