I didn’t find the Sept 11 comics self-centered at all.

At least she spelled stoopid right

“Universal appeal” is often a synonym for “bland”. I’d rather have something good that’s not for everyone.

We still love you, Lennie.

Including herself in with intelligent people was a nice touch. Presumptuous, without a hint of irony.

And yet…she reads it…

Don’t be too hard Lillian, I heard someone peed on her cornflakes that day.

Why, yes! I’d like to see it all! What else does “Lillian” have to offer?

Lillian’s problem is Lillian. If she can’t find the humor, I don’t want to think about the life she is living.
