There is nothing to forgive. We need to be reminded that even though there is so much unpleasantness in the world, there still are those who truly care about others and try to make the world a better and safer place to live.
I’m glad you continue to show this comic. Another strip I read had a special memorial strip after the attacks. When the book of strips was released a year or so later, they edited that script to remove the Towers reference.
