I always wonder about the people writing headlines for the tabloids. Are they thoughtless? Young? Jaded? The funniest one I ever saw was “World Weather- OUT OF CONTROL!” My first thought was “When was it under someone’s control?”

Several years ago I suddeny realized that I didn’t have any idea who most of those people are.

I did a strip a couple of years ago where Frank laments that they keep giving Oscar Awards to kids and nobodies. Apparently, Anne Margaret hasn’t received even a nomination in YEARS.

Love how the sources are never named. Makes me wonder how many are actually made up

Anyone remember the Buckets / Cul de Sac crossover strips a while back? They’re up for auction. Click on the ad that I hope you see at the top of this page… OR! Or! Go to The Buckets facebook page (the link is up there to the right y’know) to get there and bid on the nice cartoons. They’re very inexpensive at the moment. My ego can’t abide that, y’know.

Ummm, AllenVS, I think you proved olddog1’s point. I don’t have a clue who any of those name you mentioned are, although I’ve heard of Bieber. Seems he’s been in the news for being a dweeb.
