    That’s the problem with exercise. It takes months to get into shape, but just weeks to lose it all. I’m on that constant seesaw battling a body that decides it’s not going to cooperate every couple of months or so.

    Greg, I live in the country,no park near[5mi].I use an x-trainer,almost everyday,if i do not ,i don’t sleep well that night. heh? Peace.

    Ran regularly in my late 30s but my knees started breaking down so I quit. Now, 25 years later, I found my knees can hold up again. Trying to decide.

    Try cutting and splitting (by hand) And then stacking a rick or two of firewood. It makes the 30s T-shirt weather.

    tried the bicycle – knees AND hips don’t like.Fell on the way to work – about a month ago. Knees and lower legs are just now beginning to look normal.but its December. Time to start exercising. Sun Run Training starts in January and it does pay off to start the exercising now. Its the only way to survive the training.
