God! This gives me (horrible) flashbacks from 10-11 years ago, when working for a newspaper! The ‘older’ generation of bosses could not wrap their head around SM. I opened accounts for the paper across all popular SM platforms and also had to maintain them along with the ‘regular’ work!
Then a couple of years later, it became worse as I took over ops for all websites of the company, across five languages! Add a bit of Google analytics and Alexa ratings into the mix! Chaos!!
