The comic had so extra panels today, he’s filling them in.

The house I grew up in is a classic turn-of-the-20th-century midwest foursquare. Besides the doors between the 4 downstairs rooms, there’s stairs from 2 of them to a landing on the way up. 3 generations of kids spent hours running laps through those rooms (with the odd turn over the landing for variety).

And that’s just starting with my generation; I’d bet $5 Federal that 50 years worth of kids did it before us – and now it’s for sale, so another family’s generations will get the chance. I confess, it was a kick watching my grandkids chase/be chased by their 2nd cousins around the same loop I chased/was chased by my siblings.

Easiest day ever for Greg Cravens. (Not that he doesn’t deserve it.)

Leave out the 2d and 4th panels and he’d be running in place.
