Something Off-Menu About This One
A group of ladies come in and ask for the drink menu. I give them a couple of minutes to look it over and then ask what I can get them.
Customer #1: “Get me a spicy jalapeño margarita.”
Me: “We only have lime, as stated on the menu.”
Customer #2: “I want a Miller Light.”
Me: “We only have Coors Light or Bud Light, as stated on the menu.”
Customer #3: “I just want a water, but I want to place an appetizer order right away.”
She quickly reads through the food menu.
Customer #3: “I want the nachos.”
Me: “We don’t have nachos.”
It was a long shift…
That’s a workout??? What are they…blockheads?
Later, they’ll be speed-lifting a case of beer!!
Helps to block out the pain.
Our motivations change as we age, these days I’d like take another breathe.
I can see several cars in the background. Don’t tell me it’s theirs – don’t they walk, cycle or skateboard there?!?
