If a kid is like Eddie it should stay that way. Becoming an adult won’t make it any better.

A little off schedule, it was talk like a pirate a while back.
“Ar” actually is West Country English for “yes”. Between the western English Channel ports and Bristol, the WC likely provided more than its share of sailors, including pirates. Hence the stereotype.
