When was the last time Tripple-D (Dean Doozie’s Dad) was on stage with his axe? I always thought of him as a Stratocaster type of guy.
Tom: We need you to do this research into Tripple-D. I checked All Music Guide and came up empty. Likewise, someone is surpressing the data at Wikipedia. Even Amazon has been stripped
There were a few references in the newsgroups. I did find poor quality mp3 clips from a live show that included “1 Doozie Up, 1 Doozie Down”, a boogie that reminded me of Canned Heat’s “Going Up the Country”. There was also a cover of “In Heaven There Is No Beer” and a brief version of “Doozie O’Lay”

Dad’s a man of few words, but great actions. We will miss those ‘burns.
