It would be fairly east to do Edward Everett Dirksen. Stand up straight and talk through your nose with a bit of a whine. He was really good at the haughty attitude.

Being from Indiana, I remember Everett Dirksen well, if only because of the Ev and Charlie Show since Charles Halleck was from just north of here.
