I spent a lot of time in fields…hoeing weeds, picking cotton, okra, and peas, moving irrigation pipes, learning to drive the tractor and then the truck…it gave me great legs and a pretty good tan! (and got me the money to go to the swimming pool, movies and school clothes, etc.)

We had a wonderful time in the fields as kids. Always searching for pheasant nests & rabbits.
