SNL used to be funny during the first ten years orso but now I don’t have the faintest notion to watchit any more.
SNL stopped being funny in 1980 when they got rid of the original “Not Ready for Prime Time Players”.
I haven’t seen SNL in years, but I have the first 3 seasons on DVD. Now that was some funny stuff.
It’s like some sad, nearly dead old beast on a nature show, dragging itself mindlessly on. I think they know what they’ve become. Why else deliberately book the most bizarrely terrible bands?
I use to stay up and watch it, then I use to record it and skim through it, then I just gave up completely.
The transformation will be complete when you start yelling at “Wheel of Fortune” contestants.
You all don’t suppose it’s just us getting old do you? Nah….perish the thought!
SNL is not as funny as it used to be but, I still watch and laugh sometimes. Adam Samberg is great!!! He is leaving though.
