A lot of people die trying to get healthy. For one, I’m thinking of Paul Fixx, whose book on running started the jogging craze, so of course he died while jogging.
Heart disease ran in Jim Fixx’ family. His father died several years younger than Jim. But keep thinking of excuses not to exercise, and send me some, too.
