The boss would not hear him because he’s standing next to the Radio Telescope. There are two problems/mistakes here: The antenna (radio dish) is not directed at him. Radio telescopes pick up Radio Waves (It does/will not detect Sound Waves) – (The radio waves may be “converted” into sound waves.)
