There have been times I couldn’t hear and or understand what the hell they were saying… so I asked for an English speaking rep and they transferred me….LOL.
I’ve wanted to say this about outsourcing, both foreign and domestic, as I have a fair amount of experience myself: with cheap labor, you get what you don’t pay for.
