the pretty receptionist at the orthopedist’s office that I had occasionally had appointments to greeted all the patients with a warm ‘hon’……..no tips were involved and I thought her greeting was a nice touch to the mostly elderly folks who she met. but , at the same time, the younger male patients probably had the same illusion
