My mother talked to hers. I didn’t listen so I can’t tell you what she said but she was an ace at growing African Violets. Unfortunately, Mr Peanut played with the last one and it took umbrage and died. Mr Peanut looked a lot like Morris the cat but he had a longer nose than most cats.
