My son actually told me yesterday that he cannot stand Paw Patrol. He knows it’s marketed to younger kids (he’s 10) but he still enjoys some cartoons for young kids. He said he got to the third episode and said, “Nope, this isn’t for me!” He calls it ridiculous. I told him it’s probably because that show came out for the younger generation so watching it as a 4th grader it’s not as enjoyable. The reason he still likes watching shows that were out when he was in pre-k is because they’re nostalgic. He respectfully disagreed with me and ended the convo with, “Paw Patrol sucks.” I’ve since tried to convince him that all of his Christmas gifts are Paw Patrol themed and he fell for it the first couple of minutes.
