I always suspected Reginald Barclay of Star Trek: The Next Generation might be one of Peter Parker’s descendents. How else could he have mutated into a spiderlike creature when infected with a develoution virsis, spiders and maminals are not closely related at all.

Okay, so there was that one storyline back in the Lee/Romita days, which also was on the TV cartoon, but he got normal again!
