Everybody nickel & dimes us. Just look at your electric bill, credit card bill, cable TV bill, etc. The executives are making sure they get their outrageous salaries and bonuses by vacuum cleaning our pockets and the cracks between our sofa cushions.

I regularly vote with my wallet. Businesses that do not operate as I think they should are the last to get my money.

I had an issue with Comcrap and my internet, called them the person on the phone said there was an issue with the line. She scheduled a technician and said IF the issue is in my house I have to pay. Technician came worked on the pole and the side of the house and “looked” at the splitters in the house and left. They charged me because the technician LIED and said the issue was in my Living Room. I called and the billing department said it would be 24-48 hours for them to investigate and they would contact me. They didn’t and I had to escalate it to a different department.
