Depends on the soup. Right now I have half batches of soup in the freezer (having eaten the other half). Mashed potato soup with sour cream, bacon, kielbasa, and corn; and mushroom barley soup with ground beef, sausage, cream, and sour cream, both eaten with home-made focaccia bread—two of my favorite cold weather meals.
