I wonder if it has ever occurred to anybody that this a rather scary prayer for a small child?
As shown, kids have a marvelous way of adapting. It might be too scary for him as we know it to be, but if he makes it out to be God’s shoe closet, what’s so scary about that? It is only as scary as he perceives it to be.
